Graphic Design Services Policy

Response Time

We strive to respond to client inquiries and communications within 24-48 hours. Please allow this timeframe for all correspondence.

 

Consultation

We offer a complimentary initial consultation to discuss project scope, goals, and timelines. After the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

 

Design Process

Our design process consists of the following stages:

  1. Research: Understanding the client’s industry, audience, and goals.

  2. Concept Development: Creating initial concepts based on research and client input.

  3. Design Iterations: Refining concepts through client feedback.

  4. Finalization: Delivering the final, approved design.

 

Revisions

Each project includes 3 revision rounds, as outlined in the project descriptions. Additional revisions can be purchased online under "Revisions."

 

Timely Feedback

Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure project progress. Feedback should be provided within the agreed-upon timeframes specified in the project timeline. Delays in feedback may result in extended project timelines.

 

Content and Materials

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, or assets required for the project within 7 business days of purchase. Failure to provide these may lead to delays or additional fees.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed work unless agreed upon in writing. Payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

 

Confidentiality and Ownership/Usage Rights

  • Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. Sensitive information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

  • Ownership/Usage Rights: Clients own the final deliverables and have the right to use them for their intended purpose. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specified otherwise by the client in writing.

 

Client Communication and Responsiveness Sub-Policy

Lack of Communication After 30 Days:

If the client fails to provide feedback or communicate for 10 business days after receiving a draft, we will send a reminder email to the registered email address, requesting feedback within a specified timeframe.

If there is no response to the reminder email within 5 business days, we will attempt to reach the client via phone call to discuss the project status.

If the client remains unresponsive after the reminder email and follow-up phone call, the project agreement will be considered terminated. No refunds will be provided. Reactivation requires a reactivation fee of $50 and revised timelines will apply.

 

Project Re-Open Fee

Once a project has been marked as closed, any requests for updates, modifications, or additional work will require a formal reactivation. A mandatory, non-negotiable $40 project re-open fee will be invoiced before any work resumes. This fee covers the administrative costs of revisiting and updating closed projects. Failure to pay this fee will result in no further action being taken on the project.

 

Documentation and Record-Keeping

We maintain detailed records of all correspondence, including emails, phone call logs, and written notifications. These records serve as documentation in case of disputes or inquiries regarding project status.

 

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will refer to documented communications and the signed agreement to resolve the matter amicably. If further resolution is required, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal counsel.

 

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will communicate with clients and adjust timelines as necessary.

 

Payment Terms

All projects are to be paid in full upon purchasing graphics online.

 

Final Deliverables

Final files will be provided in the agreed-upon formats upon full payment. Files include, but are not limited to, .png, .jpg, .pdf, and editable formats if specified in the contract.

 

Portfolio and Marketing

Use Unless otherwise specified in writing, we reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
